CivilQuant can be used as software and can also support separately contracted professional services. Platform access does not automatically constitute a formal quantity surveying, valuation, engineering or other professional appointment.
Platform data
Account, workspace, project, document, asset and usage information may be processed to provide the CivilQuant service. Enterprise customers should confirm hosting, retention, backup, subprocessors and deletion requirements during contracting.
Professional responsibility
Where CivilQuant is used to support regulated professional work, the responsible professional and engagement terms determine what constitutes an issued opinion, certificate, valuation or other formal deliverable.
AI-assisted output
AI-generated or AI-assisted proposals should be treated according to their issue state and evidence context. A generated suggestion is not automatically an authorised professional or commercial record.
South African privacy
CivilQuant is intended to support responsible handling of personal and organisational data in South Africa. Specific POPIA roles, instructions and safeguards depend on the relationship and should be recorded contractually where required.
